THE CRUCIAL LINK BETWEEN BODY, MIND & ENVIRONMENT
(Excerpts from OPEN YOUR EYES AND LISTEN)
Visual Processing is the interpretation of various pieces of incoming information from all the senses. Smells, sounds, sights, etc. all are linked with previous experiences and emotions before a “decision” can be made. This unique decision making process is what makes you “YOU”. Even twins have very different viewpoints from identical social situations, because their interpretations vary.

The brain consists of billions of pathways formed by connected neurons and specialized supporting cells. This incredible organ is constantly bombarded by information entering through the senses. Gathering, storing, retrieving, analyzing and categorizing this information are some of the brain’s many jobs. Faulty connections and poor communication between the BODY, ENVIRONMENT, AND MIND may cause many learning and behavioral problems.
